River City Dentistry evolved from the combination of two well loved and respected dentists, Dr Frank Richardson (established 1961) and Dr. Thomas S. Cooke III (established 1972). For years, they changed the perception of dentistry though gentleness and trust.

Drs Doug Overstreet and Susan Richardson-Overstreet graduated from VCU School of Dentistry in 1992. Combining the expertise and compassion of our predecessors, River City Dentistry was formed in 1999. We are a people driven practice. We understand people are different as well as their dental experiences. We aim to treat the person behind the smile as well as promote good oral and physical health through individualized dental care. We strive to create a family atmosphere, so when you arrive for your appointment, you are greeted by the same friendly, familiar faces.

Our Doctors and Staff continuously train, learn, and implement the latest technological advancements in our dental practice so that we may provide you the highest standard of care.
